What is Ananda Marga Yoga?
Ananda Marga is an international non-religious non-profit organization registered with the United Nations in New York. It is the largest yoga organization in the world, and has it global headquarters in India. Our system of yoga postures and meditation is mostly classical and ancient -- gentle and painless, emphasizing primarily achieving balance of hormones, nerves and blood circulation. Our health teachings combine yogic and naturopathic approaches. We run social service projects in almost every country of the world, including model ecological farms, children's schools based on progressive education systems, orphanages, health programs, and relief services. "Ananda Marga" is ancient Sanskrit for "the path of Bliss".
